Something Small, Made by Hand
Share
There’s something new on my desk.
Not large canvases or anything meant to make a statement from across the room — just smaller pieces. The kind of things you pick up without thinking and end up using every day.
Lately, I’ve been working on a different scale. Slower, simpler, and a little more practical. Things that travel with you instead of staying on a wall.
I’ve added two new pieces to the collection:
hand-painted cotton canvas pouches, available in small, medium, and large, and
hand-painted canvas bookmarks, each measuring 7 × 2 inches.
Each one carries the same vintage cat style — soft, slightly mischievous, and full of personality. No two are exactly alike, which feels appropriate. Cats don’t really believe in repetition.
These are the kinds of objects that quietly become part of your routine — a pouch that holds the things you reach for most, a bookmark that keeps your place in a story you’re not ready to finish.
They’re small, but they feel complete.
The new pieces are now available on the website, alongside the rest of the collection. If you’re curious, they’re there to be seen — and possibly used.
Each one was painted by hand, which means each one carries a small part of the day it was made.
Meow for now,
Jeffrey
