Cats are very good at this.

They don’t schedule breaks.
They don’t justify them.
They don’t try to turn them into something useful.

They simply stop, notice something, and commit to it completely — whether it’s a box, a shadow, or something invisible.

This week’s Cat Cinema is a small collection of videos that capture that kind of attention. There’s no lesson behind them, and that’s part of the point.
